Why u do it on FW 3.73?
I tested few FWs, and some things just won’t work.
example: on FW 4.10 i’m not allowed to dump. Need another exploit/road.

Then last night well known PS3HaX member zadow28 posted this thread:
got this info in a PM
the *.a files from the sdk is actuelly elf files packed.
you can rename all *.a files from the sdk to elf, and then run readelf on them.
you would see where all the elf files write.
have been looking at the libsecure and found out where all the crypto is reading/writing.
these are the elf that sony uses to encrypt/decrypt all there elf/bin/sprx
if you look at the libsecure there are 2 kind of *.a file normal and _d in the ending
i thing one encrypt one decrypt.
So i tryed it and it worked

So today Nodex claims to have created a 4.11 MFW using zadow28′s information, here is a quote from that thread:

To install
1.Rename nodex.PUP to PS3UPDAT.PUP
2.Put the update file in PS3/UPDATE/ on pendrive
3.You are ready to update!

Now either all of a sudden the scene has come alive and we have a new CFW, or as my suspicious mind tells me, we are being trolled to celebrate April Fools, now regardless, DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT install this MFW, just read the threads and enjoy, wait for confirmation from well known devs and remember this news story is a rumour, so treat it as such….

dove pare che questo tipo di nome nodex ha creato un MFW 4.11 applicando delle patch per cui magicamente apparirebbero la tanto sospirata funzione:
-Install package files
ma precisa senza supporto ad homebrew......sento odore di altro fake e passatemi il termine, cazzaro, che ogni anno ,alla fine di marzo, pubblica un miracoloso CFW che si rivela un OFW o nel caso peggiore vi bricca la console.
